These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the leonsdb.com website and of any LeonsDB services offered through it (the “Services”). The Services are provided by Leoon-X (“we”, “us”).

By using the website or the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. The LeonsDB software

The LeonsDB software is licensed separately under the licenses described on the Licensing page. These Terms do not change those licenses.

3. Paid Services

Paid Services, such as LeonsDB Cloud and LeonsDB Pro, will be subject to additional terms covering subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds, which will be published before those Services launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting them, or using them for anything unlawful.

5. Trademarks

“LeonsDB” and the LeonsDB logo are trademarks of Leoon-X. Their use is governed by the Trademark Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leoon-X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be published on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
